In this class, we did a series of assignments involving a pretend city.

For this class, we picked a recipe, and translated it in to spanish.  Then we had a "cooking show" where we all pretended to cook our foods while reciting our recipes.

In this class, we did a series of assignments in a group that we chose ourselves.  The main part of the project was when we found the basic ingredients of a given food product, and we presented them in drawings on a decorated poster.

In this class, we debated on whether it was right to display the artifacts from excavated Ancient Egyptian tombs in a five paragraph essay.

In this class, we picked any time period before the 1980's that interested us, and we found poetry and song lyrics from that time, and we created a thesis and analyzed it using our poetry findings.  Then we wrote a five page paper on our analysis.

In this class, we were put in assigned groups and we put together a presentation showing people how to use Moodle.  First, we proposed our ideas and the basis of our presentation, then we designed and practiced our presentation, and finally we presented our work.

In this class, we did a silent scene, written by ourselves and our assigned partners.  The scene was supposed to show all the things we learned throughout the course of the quarter and it involved a space prop.
