I realized that the artifacts in the exhibit are more controversal than I thought, i did not think that displaying the specimens would be considered wrong or unjust.

Third Quarter English Benchmark
Submitted by vmonahan on Tue, 04/10/2007 - 7:28pm.For our third quarter english benchmark we wrote a five page essay on the time period of our choice. The twist was that we had to relate this time peroid to poetry to emphasize our points. In my essay, i researched the twenties, but i focused on 1922, when the tomb of King Tutanhamun was found. This was perfect timing, considering that the Franlin Institute's King Tut exhibit opened up that same month.

For our creative essay we had to write about a victorious journey home, like we were reading about in the odyssey.
