SLA

For our Algebra 4th marking period we did a project on system of equations. Using the knowledge of solving equations by graphing, substitution, and elimination, we had to figure out the components of rasin, and nuts in a trail mix. The product had to be no more than 18 grams, no less than 1800 calories, and no more than 117 grams. There were 4 tasks that we had to complete on a strict time period. The first task was figuring out the grams of raisins, and nuts. The second was the nutritional facts-fat, and calories, and the 3rd was the cost. Finally we had to write a letter to the exutives of the trail mix company, and give them recommendations for what our findings proved to be the best project.
