People vs. Property

This project was based on people and project and how we are treated like property. It was an essay about how we the people are treated like property.

My process on this project was that i had to really look at our society and see how pur people are today to tell if anything have changed but in many ways they have.

History Power Point

This benchmark is a power point about slaves and education. It talks about how slaves were treated during slavery if they wanted an education and what they had to do and the consequences they had to face if they went against the law.

History Griot Story

This is my Griot Sory of the Mali Kingdom for History class. We had to tell a storw of the Mali Kingdom that covered the rise and fall of the kingdom.

History Benchmark 4

We had to use the book To Kill A Mockingbird to compare with Jim Crow's laws.  We had to either search how the book effected the time period or write how the book made a difference to Jim Crow's laws.

Expo Personal Statement #1

The following project is a persuasive essay on why the King Tut artifacts should be displayed in the Franklin Institute. This was completed through numberous edits and succcessfully writen. I realized that the artifacts in the exhibit are more controversal than I thought, i did not think that displaying the specimens would be considered wrong or unjust.

Robert 4th Quarter History Bennchmark

This is the 4th quarter benchmark for history. What we had to do was we had to create a a essay that linked the book To Kill a Mockingbird to what we were learning about in history at the time which was Jim Crow

History Essay Benchmark

This benchmark is a five paragraph essay about African Americans. We were able to choose our own topics and write about them. Each person in orange stream wrote about a page or two of an opinional piece on African Americans and their history because they are going to be put together as a magazine. The essay was based on an enduring undersanding of our own that we used to come up with suport for and turn into an essay.

 

1st history benchmark

for this benchmark we had to make a powerpoint about the life of the BaMbuti people and write about  government, economy, religion, domestic, cutting of the forest, buliding roads and villages, and pollution. we had to write a recommendation for what they should do to makes there lives easier.
