My ILP has been very good and helpful so far. We have discussed a lot of life leadership stratgies and how we will create the magazine. We also have been discussing the places we are goin to do and some activities the program consist of. It all sounds very exsiting. I have been pleased with my instuctor, Ms. Dupiton, she is a very wonderful person, relatable and is easy to takl to. I have also been pleased with the amount of things I have learned about life and different perspectives. I've been surprised by the a few statements made like "Feedback is neutral," or "There is no such thing as a problem." These statements caught me off guard but when it was explained it was a very useful thing to learn. I wouldn't change anything about my ILP I think it is well planned and because I am most likely goin to take a big part in creating our magazine, I think I can make any changes I need as I go.
