My bills haven't moved at all since september 16th. And all of my bills are different. They aren't similar in anyway shape or form. My congress bill involves research for new ways to produce better energy efficient cars. While my state bill involves new tactics to catch sex offenders. And my city bill involves convicts.

none of my bills have made any progress none of them are similiar in any way. My my state and council bills must have died, but i think my congress bill got stuck in between the house and the senate because it passed the house a month ago and has no status on the website. City council bills is where i will take a look at October is the month where philadelphia has focused their council matters on anti-crime. Which is why most of their open council meetings have been involving the prevention of crime such as the bill affecting fire arms purchase. I also believe my bill will never be brought up again because it is dead.

none of my bills have made any progress.
Congress bill
H.R.3246
State Bill
Pennsylvania House Bill 1161
City Bill

Even though my bills haven't moved i've noticed that my congress bill moved faster somewhat because the bill immediately affects the subject matter of the bill. Also i believe that congress bills take the longest followed by state bills followed by city council bills. because of the size of the population of the people it affects. Congress bills affect a nation, state affect the state, while council only affects a city.

I am following U.S. House Bill 3246
This bill will provide for a program of research, development, demonstration and commercial application in vehicle technologies at the Department of Energy.
The bill was introduced in July 17th, 2009. And on September 16,2009 the house passed my bill.
My Pennsylvania Bill is House Bill 1161
This bill is "An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, restricting Internet and World Wide Web access for certain sex offenders; and allowing law enforcement authorities and other governmental agencies to access certain records and other information related to sex-related offenses."

Government (Republicans v.s. Democrats)(Democrats)

With the upcoming elections coming up soon it seems as though it is going to end up being a tough race. However it seems as though. Theres a problem. As of now we are at war. And thanks to President Bush's bad descision we are heading for a economic slump with this oil situation. So the problem is this more like a question. As corrupt as the government's choices are. Which canidate will bring us out of this near epidemic. First lets take a look at the democratic party.
Hilary Clinton is the first. Hilary's takes on the issues are a little traditional. Much like William Clinton she wants to help the middle class. By first lowering taxes on the middle class. She wants to help our children to get into good colleges. She thinks she will be able to make colleges more affordable to middle class families. She's implying that people wont have to borrow money from the government to send their children to good colleges. She also claims that she will bring the troops home..So did Bush. How can we trust her?
