Assignment:
The assignment was to record yeast CO2 production
How I completed the assignment:
In order to complete the project my group and I had to choose a variable and a constant. Our variable was the amount of yeast, sugar and artifical sweetners. Our constant was 100ml of water and the degrees of the water and 1 gram of our sugar. Then we measured the CO2 production by adding all the ingredients together in a flask and measured the CO2 production with a CO2 measuring device.
What I would do differently:
I would probably use different variables and constants
