Horas de Sueño por Noche:
Anoche, dormí 6 horas.

El Desayuno:
Comí cereal y tomé un té.

El Almuerzo:
Comí un burrito de pollo y frijoles negres.  Tomé un té caliente.

La Cena:
Comí pollo a la parilla con salsa verde, espinacas y pan de ajo. Tomé Diet Dr. Pepper.

Las Meriendas:

Comí  unos M&M's.Laughing

Ejercicio:
Corrí por 60 minutos.
