1. What we had to do for this unofficial benchmark was a mini project on the application, sketchpad. On the sketchpad were a series of questions, many of which had to do with the area and circumference of a circle. Our goal was to not only answer the questions but provide a detailed explanation or visual for each of our answers. The mini project was an individual assignment, so students were expected to do all work by themselves.

1. For this project we had picked 2 topics. These topics could have been real simple as the battery compared to the power over time. You compared these two topics and assumed that these 2 topics will have a graph going in a positive or negative correlation or scatter plot. The point of the project was to assume and make predictions which was your hypothesis and collect data, and research to find the real results. I chose to pick the careers I wanted to pursue. I wanted to be a chef and a concierge. After we answered questions about our research. Then we presented.

This project is the Q3 algebra benchmark. The aim of this benchmark was for us to choose to different topics that we thought had linear relationships. For this project I graphed my relationships, solved for the equations, and answered numerous questions for my research. If I could do this project over I would choose my line of best fit more carefully.
