    Franklin Institute - Sci-Fi Sore

My organization in inside the place we all know well,

    the Franklin Institute

. Its interest is to teach kids science in a fun and interactive way. I work in the gift shop aka Sci-Fi store. In the Sci-Fi store I stock items, file papers, price items, basicially all the things a paid worker would do. There are no skills necessary for this internship they will teach you whatever you need to know. In the beginning you will be with someone who tells all the different places you can work at and if you don't like it than you can change. I am learning a lot while at my my ILP. First, I am learning all that needs to be put  into a buisness. Like when I was filing papers I seen all the money they use and how much they have to record like how much everything is. You also learn how much work people do in retail shops. Like for instance one of my many bosses told me to straightned up all the products and make sure their not out of place, when I finish and went to the back to tell her I came back out and everything was a mess again, so you think these people's jobs are so easy but they are not as easy as they may seem. If I were to give advice to a 9th grdering to do their ILP at the Franklin then I would tell them to make a good decision on where you want to work inside the Franklin and don't give up o n that decision so easily because I admit that some people don't like working at the franklin and some do and I'm one of the people who likes working there alot.
