How to clear your cookies

Sometimes old cookies can cause problems with using a website and you must manually clear them to solve the problem. This guide will show you how to clear your browser's cookies

With a Firefox window in focus, click "Tools" from the main menu at the top of your screen and select "Clear Private Data..."

Firefox will give you a list of information you can clear from your browser. You must select "Cookies" and may uncheck any other options

Click the button "Clear Private Data Now" and you're done. Try to access the website again, if you still have problems contact the systems administrator for help.
