Q3 BM Reflection

Describe the Q3BM: what was the assignment?  What did your group decide to do and why?

For our Quarter 3 Bm, as a group we had to ether make a love game show or radio show and the it would be surrounded around trying to give advice. Each individual person had to use the verbs ser and estar, as well as using the subjunctive tense, and the past perfect tense. Our group decided to do a radio show that was focused on callers callers phoning in with their problems. We thought that this format was easier to edit as well as on an individual level (each person could record at home if they wanted),


What did you learn from doing this project?  


From this project, I think I have bettered my ability to use each tense, as well as gaining a better understanding of the past perfect tense. I also feel like I learned a lot more technical skills (because I did a lot more editing than I have done in the past).


How do you feel about your final product?

I'm very proud of my group! I know that I kind of pushed everyone when it came to pronunciations, and I feel as they everyone gave their best efforts when recording their parts. Also, I love the dialogue that my group cam up with! I feel like we have some great lines in there.


If you could do your project all over again, what would you do differently/the same? 

I think that I would've either tried a video and did a love show, or I would've have played around with more sound effects on our audio.

E3.U4: Las Relaciones Personales BM

Describe the Q3BM: what was the assignment? 

The Third Quarter Benchmark was a Tv show or Radio show with guests that talk about and resolve relationship problems. We needed to have a set of Characters for the cast with a host a couple and other people giving there takes and how to resolve the problems that were happening to the Couples

What did your group decide to do and why?

My Group decided to make a Radio Show. We decided to make a Radio show because we usually make videos for spanish and we thought We could change it up once and a while. Something refreshing, we also tried to make the podcast very, very good.

What did you learn from doing this project?  

I honestly learned a good amount of spanish and learned how to pronounce things very well. Also, I learned that i am really on my game because i was usually the first one to finish his part in our group. And, being in a group with Sasha, Arlana, Amanda, and Aja is pretty banging'

How do you feel about your final product?

The Final product should be pretty good, some good music, some good spanish should equal a great podcast. I feel like this should deserve a high grade because we all worked collectively very hard on it for a long time.

If you could do your project all over again, what would you do differently/the same?

I would use a video actually, with a video you can make the audience use there eyes and their ears instead of just their ears. We also could of made it a little more comedic because there could of been a good amount of bickering in this and that would of just added a lot more fun and laughs to this project. But overall, it was fun and i enjoyed making this project with my amazing group mates.

E3.U4: Las Relaciones Personales BM

The assignment was to create radio or TV show about a troubled  relationship and get advice on how to fix it. Each person had to write their own script which have to have 10 vocabulary words, 3 Ser verbs, 3 estar and 3 subjunctives. Our group decided to do a radio show because of the amount of time we had. We thought that filming would be difficult to plan and not enough class time. Well I thought that i had a chance to actually use the vocabulary, which i had trouble applying to class discussions. I also understand the uses of estar and ser way better because we had it on the google doc and when people edited my work they would point out the verb mistake. I currently have a better understanding of the topics that needed to be covered in the Benchmark. I felt that this benchmark was helpful for my understanding of this unit. I felt that our final product was good, but it could have been better. We should have had a surprise twist like my boyfriend was really my brother. I wish it could have been more over the top and ridiculously funny. I would have also changed te fact that we did a radio show. I would do a TV show because it can be more dramatic and just funny if done correctly, I felt it was difficult making our dialogue funny. Also on a TV show we could completely change our appearance which would help with creating a new persona. I would have basically the same plot because i thought it was sort of interesting. To conclude I enjoyed this project and hope to see more projects similar to this one.

Describe the Q3BM: what was the assignment? 

For this assignment the objective was to make a radii or tv show, with guest that have relationship problems. along with audience members and a host any way we saw fit towards productive project.

What did your group decide to do and why?

My group decided to make a radio show. The reason why is because when ever we receive benchmarks the first thing that is always made are movies for people to see. So we though why not make something a bit different now that we have the chance to and we wanted to see if would could make a podcast come to life. 

What did you learn from doing this project?  

I learned that sometimes when you finalize all the written components of an assignment, that it can still feel unfinished. I usually get the feeling of complete when all the written aspects of my assignments are done but this time I didn't feel that way. 

How do you feel about your final product?

I feel confident about my final product an it turned out how I thought it would. 

If you could do your project all over again, what would you do differentlssy/the same?

The only thing that I would change about this is the fact that it is all a podcast, I would add video to it too. Having a set up of things happening on a show with people and the people on the show phone in their friends. That's when the podcast would come into play.

  • Hicimos un PSA sobre los botellas en Filadelfia. 
  • Es un asusnto importante a nosotros porque las personas de Filedelphia recogan las bottellas in una caja de recogar.
  • Esperamos que el público de Filadelfia nuestros recogamos. Si todo de Filadelphia recoga, nuestros cuidad puede ser bonita.

Mi grupo y yo hicimos un PSA sobre la basura en Filadelphia. Por crear el PSA la cos mas importante  que aprendi fue reciclar

Mi gusta el PSA de mi grupo porque mi grupo esta bien y el PSA esta creativo

Si pu pudiera hacer  el proyecto otra vez yo cambiar nada, pero yo qeurio mas   información de el medio ambiente de Filadelphia.

  • Mi grupo y yo hicimos un PSA sobre la basura en Filadelfia.
  • Por crear el PSA, la cosa más importante que aprendí fue que nosotros podemos limpiar nuestra ciudad si no lanzamos nuestra basura en las calles.
  • Me gusta el PSA de mi group porque es muy creativo, y fue bastante divertido para crear. También nuestro PSA usa los tiempos de verbos correctamente.
  • Si pudiera hacer el proyecto otra vez, yo cambiaría nuestras escenas y pasar mas tiempo en producción.

Mi grupo y yo hicimos un PSA sobre tirar basura en Filadelfia. Por crear el PSA, la cosa más importante que aprendí fue 75% de la basura estadounidenses por lo menos una vez al día. Me gusta el PSA de mi group porque hemos explicado por qué la basura es mala y los efectos. Si pudiera hacer el proyecto otra vez, yo cambiaría el video y lo hacen lo más interesante.
