My Saturday
Posted by Deja Scarborough in STORY-002 onIt's Saturday which means I had to be at work from 3pm-10pm. I should have at least slept until 10am at the latest, but no! I had to get up in the morning at 7:30am so I could do something for school. Ummm...excuse me I could of sworn spring break started at 3:05 pm Friday, April 15, 2011 so I should not be dealing with school; especially the next day. Sigh I'm sure sleep will enter my life soon enough.

While cleaning this morning I tweeted out a song I was listening to. A while ago I got a email saying I had a new follower. Turns out it was the band I talked about :D

Rain
Posted by Robert Glynn in STORY-002 onMany people dislike rain. I love it. It rained all day today; I had off of work. I didn't spend too much time outside. I had some tea. All is well.

Oh Raphael
Posted by Harrison Talese-Rhodes in STORY-002 onI keep telling my cat that he won't be able to sleep in his shoebox if he continues to eat it but he probably won't change his behaviour because he's a cat and he doesn't understand English.

Memory Lane
Posted by Taylor Valentine in STORY-002 onYesterday, on our way home from New Haven, my dad and I stopped in his old neighborhood. Growing up, he lived in a project in the Bronx, but hadn't returned 20 years. As he gazed around, I could see it all coming back to him, the now small slope that terrified him when he learned to ride a bike, the community center where he played knock hockey after school and the grouchy old lady who would cut his baseballs in half wherever they were hit into her yard. I saw the tears pool in his eyes when we met a man who had grown up with him and had stayed in the neighborhood. As they reminisced, a smile crept onto my face.

Occasionally, we all must return to our roots.
Hero? not really
Posted by Oswald Dembowski in STORY-002 onMe and mom found an iPhone 3GS on the ground and my first reaction was OMG TODAY'S my lucky day. Then I realized 1 that it was an old 3GS which are relatively cheap now a days and when I unlocked it I saw a really cute young couple as the background photo and I realized that it would just better to give it back and my mother agreed. So we got an IM on the phone that said if found please call this number and we'll have a reward. Then, I called the number and the lady thanked me graciously and said I was a hero and that there are still god people in the world and I felt really good about that. We gave it back and she tried giving us money and I said no to it.
