1. My ILP has been fun in a way.Only because I didn't have a choice to attend. We basically just do a lot of writing.
2. I like that after we write, we go over everybody’s and give
comments on how to make things better or basically what we like about
it. It helps to better our papers, and also get a chance to see how others write.
3. I’m surprised that we actually write as much as we do. Like we
don’t learn anything about writing strategies or anything like that.
I mean I thought we would at least learn different types of writing, and editing strategies, but it's just been all writing.
4. For right now, our writings are based on a few prompts and I
think that is what I like the most. Because I can not just write from scratch.

1. What has your ILP been like so far?

A: My ILP has been a learning experience for me so far because I am learning how to further business plans and get them to be the best possible plan to be successful.

2. What have you been pleased with?

A: I have been pleased with how nice the people at my ILP have been and all the time they put into helping us.

3. What have you been surprised by?

A: I've been surprised by how far you can take a simple business plan.

My ILP has been very good and helpful so far. We have discussed a lot of life leadership stratgies and how we will create the magazine. We also have been discussing the places we are goin to do and some activities the program consist of. It all sounds very exsiting. I have been pleased with my instuctor, Ms. Dupiton, she is a very wonderful person, relatable and is easy to takl to. I have also been pleased with the amount of things I have learned about life and different perspectives. I've been surprised by the a few statements made like "Feedback is neutral," or "There is no such thing as a problem." These statements caught me off guard but when it was explained it was a very useful thing to learn.

1. What has your ILP been like so far?

So far my ILP is great,
I feel really comfortable and contacted with my teacher.It really fun
interacting with the animals and the children. 

2. What have you been pleased with?

The
understanding and cooporeation that the Outside0in team have showed me.
They teach me step by step and they make me feel comfortable.

3. What have you been surprised by?

I
learned to hold a hissing cockroach with being scared. I learn about
the snkaes they have and got to hold them. The rats arent what i
expected like there cute and soft.

4. What would you change about your ILP?

1. What has your ILP been like so far?My ILP has been okay so far. I been enjoying it a lot. The fact I get to interact with your girls and make a difference in the communtiy and their lives. It feel good to know that you have an impact on someone younger than you life.

2. What have you been pleased with?I been pleased with the fact I'm really enjoying something in life.

3. What have you been surprised by?I been suprised by the way how quick the younger girls got attched to me and how i got attached to them. Forming bonds with them, I looke foward to seeing them on Wednsdas & some Saturdays. I'm sure they look forward to it as well.

1. What has your ILP been liek so far? My ILP so far has been great because the people at TFI make me feel wanted.

2. What have you been pleased with? I have been pleased with the fact I am able to widen my horizons to know more about the Franklin.

3. What have you been surprised by? I'm surprised by how we're only required 2 hours a week but I put 3.

4. What would you change about your ILP? I would change the department that I'm in.

1. What has your ILP been like so far?

- My ILP has gone well.  At this point in time, I have been going around the hospital learing about the different area in the hospital.  Soon, they say that I will be given a docter as a shadow.

2. What have you been pleased with?

-  I have been pleased with the things that I have been doing these past five weeks.Although, I have not been given a docteras a shadow yet, I have been allowed to shadow differentnurses in the hospital.  I have been enjoying it.

3. What have you been surprised by?

Sports means alot to the home of Philly. We are the city of Brotherly Love. We show love for our city and we put on for them. We show the love for our teams because the way the teams do good and we show so much apprecation that at least starts cheerign this teams on. No matter what they may have doen or been good or bad at the sort we still show love. They are our teams abd we shall ne ver think twice about it. They are not just teameates to people but, they are also good heroes.Many kids look up to them. There arememories whereever our teams go because it was blood, sweat and tears on that certain firld.I love my city.
