This is such an interesting plot twist that you made, Ruby! The perspective on Max makes the reader understand a lot more than just simply hating Max for dropping Grace. This perspective would allow readers to look into the lives of Max and would have made it a lot easier to understand. Amazing job Ruby!
Wow I think you did such a good job with giving us a chapter in Max's point of view! You really humanized him because he was kind of like a villain to us but now we can see that his dad was really the bad person behind everything he did to hurt Grace. Giving him a voice in this book can also make us rethink about everything that happened in the book.
This is a super creative chapter to make! There is lots of detail and it was interesting seeing the story from max's side. I especially love how after Grace and Max broke up you started to write "Grace's Baby" instead of "our baby" or "Max and Grace's baby"
Wow this is such an interesting twist to the story! It is true that Max never really said anything and this is so neat that really changes your perspective on Max! I loved this!
