Passing- episode number two

Group members: Ellie, Fanta, Felice, Sania, and Henry In this week's episode, the main topic we focused on was a personalized soundtrack for Passing. We started off with a brief summary of the book to refresh our listeners then dived right into the songs. We talked about why we think those songs connect with themes/ relationships in our book and even provided a clip for you to listen to! Next, we shared any afterthoughts on what we have read so far. We came up with four songs. Song number one is "Love Like You" by Rebbeca sugar (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhAcERODM7) the timestamp we referred to is 00:21-01:07. The fourth and final song discussed was "Radio" by Lana Del Ray (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFjqZpZZ5jI) , timestamp 00:32-00:57. In the last part of our episode, we discuss a few quotes, the first one being most of page 49 and then we talked about “There had been, even in those days, nothing sacrificial in Clare Kendrey’s idea of life, no allegiance beyond her own immediate desire.” on page 5.
